Welcome to founderstatute. This agreement outlines the terms governing the provision of legal solutions, the sale of digital resources, and the distribution of printed toolkits. By accessing any service or product provided by founderstatute, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Scope of Legal Solutions

founderstatute offers guidance on company formation, governance, document preparation, and related operational matters. All engagements are subject to this agreement.

2. Info Products

founderstatute provides digital manuals, guides, and templates tailored for business founders. Access is granted electronically upon successful payment of applicable fees.

3. Physical Goods

founderstatute distributes printed manuals and toolkits. Delivery times vary based on destination.

4. Fees and Payment

All fees are due in advance. Payments must be completed prior to service commencement or delivery of any product. founderstatute reserves the right to suspend services or withhold products if fees remain outstanding.

5. Reimbursement Policy

5.1 Legal Solutions

Requests for reimbursement must be submitted at least 14 days before scheduled service. Approved requests will be reimbursed via the original payment method within 7 days of approval. Services requested on an urgent basis are non-reimbursable due to immediate allocation of resources.

5.2 Info Products

Digital materials may be eligible for reimbursement if requested within 14 days of delivery and if less than 50% of content has been accessed. To initiate a request, contact us with details of the purchase. Approved reimbursements will be processed within 7 days.

5.3 Physical Goods

Unused printed items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Items must be in original condition. Once received and inspected, reimbursements will be issued via the original payment method within 7 days.

6. Rescheduling and Cancellations

Service appointments may be rescheduled at no extra fee if notice is provided at least 7 days in advance. Cancellation within 7 days of the appointment will not qualify for reimbursement.
